In the process of transacting with your for expressly business purposes, we may collect the following information:

We do not collect nor store your credit card or financial information. All financial transactions are handled by Stripe. At no time is your payment or credit card information - other than proof of purchase - accessible by Symplesound or its representatives.

Because Symplesound relies on Stripe for the purposes of payment, all financial transaction information is secured by Stripe and their affiliates. Symplesound is hereby indemnified against any liabilities arising from the use of Stripe for payments and purchases, as they may apply to this site.

What we do with your personal information

We collect your voluntarily provided personal information to better understand your needs and improve our products and services.

We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, news and special offers using the email address which you have provided.

We may also use your information to help us create, develop, operate, deliver, and improve our products, services, website and advertising. At no time will we distribute the information from this research to third-parties unaffiliated with Symplesound.

As stated above, Symplesound never has access to your financial or credit card information, as all payments are processed through Stripe and rely on Stripe’s security processes to safeguard that information.
